Tell me what feels untrustworthy, even if nothing is technically broken. We're migrating the last of our beta users over. Video for anything intermittent would help a lot. Known: the avatar upload is already broken, skip it.
What to check
01
Release confidence pass
1. Open LocalLens
2. Complete trust copy
3. Stress search
4. Try a negative or edge path
5. Summarize whether this feels ready for real users
02
Device-specific check
1. Return after a simulated break
2. Use messaging
3. Compare behavior on another required device
4. Record bugs and UX friction separately
